Old remote\u00a0life was well-connected with leavened bread, that taste a bit &#8220;sour&#8221; full of freshness and flavor, the bread that even if you let it sliced it won&#8217;t go stale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But in our villages, rarely someone finds the true Grandma&#8217;s bread, let alone with leaven. Most ovens no longer exist.
