Cimon was born in 23-12-1981 during Christmas, and he is the son of George Saxioni and Christine Saxioni
Their families practicing bakery for 4 generations. Thus, the small Cimon got the name and the family bakery and confectionery business.
The oldest son in the family is called Dimitris (25/06/1979). The two children, almost babies, engaged in the business from the first Pastry shop – Pizzeria – Cafeteria founded by their parents. First as a “game” they teased their parents with their mischief playing with eggs. flour, sugar, etc.
So growing Cimon worked diligently with the productivity of the business, having alongside his father and brother. Together they are a very organized business that each of them separately curated the responsibility line for the manufacture of many different their traditional products.

Since then and thanks to the passion of businessmen with bakeries, the tradition is kept in all their products as before, without industrialized materials and using only the most natural ingredients available. All raw materials, are 90% Greek and they are all from our region, ie flour, eggs, oil, butter, anise, cheese, olives etc.

“Κίμωνας” is holding in his hands the secrets of bread production from the first century that people began to make bread. Our flour is produced today in Lemnos and is ground in a mill. Therefore, our bread is prepared with these secrets with traditional leaven.
Today “Κίμωνας” in Mytilene and Lemnos, is perhaps one of the few companies manufacturing pure traditional products. All products can be found in our stores is only our generation, none of them is prepared outside of our laboratories. That’s why our stores stand out!
